Hi. My name is Scott Downing.
So, here’s the basic rundown:
- Married to Janet some 36 years. I am blessed.
- Two adult kids; three grandkids. Blessed, again.
- Pastor of San Ramon Presbyterian Church in San Ramon, California. Blessed yet again.
- Grew up in the Assemblies of God (loved it) and still hunger for the Spirit’s moving and gifts.
- Grew into Reformed teaching (love it) and sought church holding both Reformed heritage while accepting continutiy of the Spirit’s gifting. Found one. Cool.
- Love knowing Jesus and being known by Him.
These scatterd, irregular blogs are what hits me at the moment. I pray you find some sense in them.
Today: my first look at this page. Love it, thanks, and looking forward to more. Also, just listened to your “Scientific Facts Trump….” and grateful for the huge effort and wisdom that went into its preparation. It came across to me as a wonderful conversation that I would love to continue.
